The best way to get involved with Wheels is to come along and enjoy the weekend! If you’re a business in West Sussex, then you’re invited to take a stand or sponsor the event. If you belong to a club, then come along and show the crowds your pride and joy!
There are the ways that you can get involved with Wheels:
Dealers - cars and motorbikes
By taking a pitch at Wheels, you will get a dedicated space to display your products to the crowds. By taking a pitch you will be guaranteed to get more than just your presence at the show. The package will include the following:
Pitch - marked out pitch for 15 meters x 15 meters
Power – electricity available to your pitch
Security - out of hours security
Rubbish – we clear your site of all rubbish
Website - your company name and website link on the official Wheels website
Publicity - your company name on all publicity that is made available to the media locally, regionally and nationally
Programme - show your pitch location in the official programme for the event, with your logo and company name
Advert – our price includes an advertisement for your business in the official event programme as well as an editorial about your company
Additional Marketing - involvement in additional marketing opportunities with you..
Additional discounts are available for multiple pitches to make sure we are fair to all new car dealers.

The Bronze Sponsorship package includes:
A 3x3m stand at Wheels 08
Two banners advertising your business on the showground
An entry on www.wheelsevent.co.uk with your full contact details, company profile and links back to your own website
An quarter page (A5) advertisement in the show brochure, 70,000 copies of which will be distributed through the local media prior to the show across the Sussex Coastal strip
The Bronze sponsorship package costs £500
The Silver sponsorship package includes:
·A 9x9m stand at Wheels 08
Four banners advertising your business on the showground
An entry on www.wheelsevent.co.uk with your full contact details, company profile and links back to your own website
A half page (A5) advertisement in the show brochure
The Silver sponsorship package costs £1000
The Gold sponsorship package includes:
A stand at Wheels 08 – size to be negotiated according to your needs
As many banners on the showground as your require
Your logo, business name and contact telephone number on all marketing collateral, including: Posters, Banners, Advertising boards
Coverage in the PR releases that are being released to promote the event throughout Sussex and beyond.
The Gold sponsorship package costs £5000
