he AA is one of the most recognised and trusted brands in the United Kingdom. Most people, of course, know the AA for our breakdown service, and with good reason: we are the UK's number one, with around 15 million members and over 100 years of history.

We are actually a surprisingly diverse organisation, with a number of market-leading businesses all under one umbrella. There's our nationwide Driving School, for a start. Financial services also make up a significant portion of our business: for example, we are the UK's biggest independent insurance broker, providing 1.6 million car, home and life insurance policies, and almost 120,000 loans every year. We also produce successful publications like hotel and restaurant guides, maps and route finders; not to mention road signs throughout the country.
